Our terms explain clearly how you buy from TM Commerce Limited, what we promise you and what we ask in return. Every price is re-checked on our own system at checkout, so you are never charged more than the price you were shown, and if an item becomes unavailable you receive a full refund. Nothing in our terms affects your statutory rights under UK law.
About us, your order and prices
TM Commerce Limited is a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17400310), trading as an online furniture retailer at tmcommerce.co.uk, with an office at Office 907 N C, 182–184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA. We are an online and delivery business, and the office is not a walk-in showroom. Please read these terms before you order — by placing an order, you accept them.
Adding an item to your basket is not an order; a contract is formed only when we confirm your order. You must be 18 or over, and please make sure your name, phone number and delivery address are correct, as we deliver to the address you give us. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if an item is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong, or we cannot deliver to your address.
All prices are in pounds sterling and are the final prices you pay; where a product has options, each option carries its own price, shown before you add it to your basket. Delivery and any optional assembly are shown separately at checkout, and every price, coupon and charge is checked again on our own system when you check out. You may pay by card through Stripe or in cash on delivery, as explained in our Payment Policy; goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.
Delivery, returns and our guarantee
Standard delivery across the UK usually takes 2–3 working days, and urgent delivery within 24 hours may be available for an extra charge; delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Furniture is delivered in parts, packed in boxes, and our team brings it to any floor — please tell us in advance about any access restrictions. Optional assembly is charged per piece as shown on the product page and at checkout, and is not refundable once carried out. If nobody is at the address at the agreed time, a further delivery charge may apply.
You may cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery. How to do it, what condition items must be in and how refunds are paid are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We describe every product as accurately as we can. Photographs are for illustration: colours can look slightly different between screens, fabric textures and wood grain vary naturally, and measurements may vary by a small tolerance. Goods are supplied in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — they must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described — and if something is faulty, we will repair, replace or refund it.
Liability, reviews, your data and the law
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not liable for business losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Reviews and photographs you submit are checked before publication; please submit only your own content and keep it lawful and respectful. By submitting, you allow us to display it on our website and to remove it if it breaches these terms. We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms; the version published when you order is the one that applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
