How every order is protected
At TM Commerce Limited, we believe buying furniture online should feel as safe and simple as buying it in a showroom. Every order is covered by clear, written policies that explain exactly how you can pay, when and how your furniture is delivered, what happens if you change your mind, and how we look after your personal information.
Our policies are written in plain English, follow UK consumer law and never affect your statutory rights. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, cash on delivery is available, and our own team is always on hand by WhatsApp, phone or email if you have a question about your order.

1. Payment Policy
Pay the way that suits you best. Card payments — Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices — are taken on Stripe’s secure, encrypted pages, so TM Commerce never sees or stores your card number. Prefer cash? Choose cash on delivery and pay when your furniture arrives. The price you see is the price you pay, with every charge shown before you confirm.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to tell us, and you can start a return in a few clicks from your account or simply by messaging our team. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are collected free of charge and repaired, replaced or refunded at no cost to you, and once a refund is approved we complete it within 2–3 working days.

We deliver across the UK, usually within 2–3 working days, and our team contacts you to confirm the day. Your furniture arrives in parts, packed in sturdy boxes, and is brought to your door on any floor at no extra charge. Every piece comes with clear instructions and all fittings — or add our optional assembly service at checkout and let our team set it up for you.

Your personal information is used only to process, deliver and support your order, and is protected under UK data protection law. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe, so we never see your full card details, and we never sell, rent or trade your information. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time.

Our terms explain clearly how you buy from TM Commerce Limited, what we promise you and what we ask in return. Every price is re-checked on our own system at checkout, so you are never charged more than the price you were shown, and if an item becomes unavailable you receive a full refund. Nothing in our terms affects your statutory rights under UK law.
