Delivery & Assembly Policy

Delivery across the UK

Standard delivery is free when you pay online by card. Cash on Delivery is also available — any charge is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm. Delivery is available across the United Kingdom and usually takes 2–3 working days from the date your order is confirmed. Our delivery team contacts you directly to confirm your delivery day before it arrives.

Urgent delivery within 24 hours may be available for an additional charge — where offered, you can select it at checkout and the charge is shown before you pay. If you have a specific delivery requirement, message us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to help. You can follow the progress of your order at any time on our Track Order page.

Receiving your furniture

Your furniture arrives in parts, packed in sturdy boxes. Please check the packaged dimensions against your doorways, hallways and staircases before delivery. Our team brings it to your home on any floor at no extra charge. Please let us know in advance about any access restrictions, such as parking limitations or a building with no lift, and make sure someone aged 18 or over is available to receive the delivery.

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is missing or has been damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible — ideally with clear photographs — so we can put it right promptly. Returns and refunds are explained in full in our Returns & Refunds Policy; if you change your mind, a collection charge may apply (usually 5–10% of the item’s price, depending on the item and the cost of collection), and we always confirm the exact amount with you first.

Assembly

Most of our larger pieces — sofa beds, beds, dining tables and wardrobes — need some simple assembly. Every piece comes with clear instructions and all the fittings you need, and most customers assemble it themselves easily. Prefer not to? Choose our optional assembly service at checkout and our own team will assemble your furniture and set it up in your room.

Our assembly charges are £20 per piece for sofa beds (any size or shape), £20 per piece for beds (any type), £30 per piece for dining tables (any type), and from £70 per piece for wardrobes, depending on size. The exact charge for each item is shown on its product page and again at checkout before you pay. Two pieces cost twice the charge for one, and savings may apply when you add assembly for several pieces.

Assembly is completely optional — if you do not tick it at checkout, nothing is added to your order. Once the assembly has been carried out, the assembly charge is not refundable; if you later return the item, its refund follows our Returns Policy as normal. Please make sure the room is clear and accessible on the day so our team can work safely.
